I am a qualified sport massage therapist providing personalised treatment

In Sport, Remedial, Deep Tissue and Relaxation massages as well as

Pregnancy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage massages.

I offer sessions in a treatment room at my home where you can relax and find a peaceful atmosphere to feel calm and content.

For lymphatic massages and party/small events or group massage, I can travel within 20 miles from NR19.

What to expect

On your first appointment you will be asked to fill in consultation form to give me idea of your health and life style. We will have a little chat for me to understand what you are looking for in the massage. I will leave the room while the client undresses to their underwear. The towels are provided for the client’s modesty.

After your massage, especially sport or deep tissue treatments it is quite normal to experience a level of tenderness in your muscles and joints, be light headed or experience a slight headache, it is due to cellular waste that’s been freed up and moved around as a result of the manipulation of the muscles that might not be usually used. These side effects are temporary and will go away overnight or the next day. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush the toxins out and stay hydrated. Allow 2-6 hours of rest after the massage to prolong physical and mental relaxation.

How to prepare

I will need a space at least 4ft x 7ft to accommodate the table plus room to move around the table.

Make sure the room is warm and away from the noise.

Your massage can be administered indoors or outdoors.

Massage table, towels, oil and relaxing music will be all well prepared and set up in the comfort of your place.

It would be helpful if parking would be provided for me to bring in massage chairs/table.
