Unwind in between yoga practices in our 5 person hot tub. Just don't forget to bring a swimming costume or shorts.

With Bluetooth speakers on the tub, you can relax while listening to spa music. Or if not, the birdsong is also lovely whilst soaking in the warm water.

Relaxing Guesthouse
The yoga retreat guesthouse has a full kitchen, toilet and shower facilities. The communal area is also packed with local Norfolk books and has plenty of seating for people that want to chat and relax in comfort while viewing the country gardens from within.
Our wellness retreat has several yoga practice areas that can be utilised amongst the beautiful secluded gardens. From full shade to basking in the sunlight, we have it all covered. We also have an indoor yoga area for use in bad weather.
The guesthouse offers ample seating in a classic country cottage style. The log fire is an attractive feature, with an extensive library of books. The communal area provides a relaxing and comfortable environment to chat with fellow yogis.

Secluded location
We have a hammock to relax in and plenty of peaceful seating areas to experience the sounds of nature. There are so many places within the retreat grounds to find your space and experience the secluded beauty of the Norfolk countryside.
The nature pond is opposite the guesthouse and next to one of the many yoga practice areas. The cascading water makes a relaxing sound to accompany your practice sessions and a nice place to sit and observe the fish, Dragon flies and many other creatures.
Our yoga retreat is on private land with 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens. The space is completely secluded, with thick hedgerows surrounding the property. There are so many places to relax in the privacy of your thoughts and the communal yoga relaxation areas.
